Mountain Bike in Halkidiki

Days of Operation: Daily, from early May - till late September
Starting Time: In the mornings at 09:00 a.m. or in the afternoon at 05:00 p.m.
Minimum participants: 4 people
Maximum participants: 10 people
Minimum age: 14 years

The mountains of Kassandra Peninsula are ideal for cycling, offering a number of possible routes. A good network of dirt roads, cobbled roads and paths lead you to mountainous and coastal areas with breathtaking views

Cycling Route:  Kassandrino - Mavrobara - Polychrono (Peninsula of Kassandra)
Follow a good dirt road suitable for mountain biking and pass through dense pine forests. On the way stop at a little pond, that has reeds and dense vegetation all around. Observe the rare turtles living in the lake and rest, while absorbing the surrounding landscape.  Once you feel rested, continue to Polychrono.
